Is your daily life shaking because of what’s happening in the world? Find stillness within you with Solala from Abode Tao.
* The Nomad Tea Festival doesn’t endorse a particular religion or religious practice over another. This session is to explore Daoism and how it connects to the world of tea
“Tea has played a big part in traditional Chinese culture. In this presentation, I will be introducing you to a specific kind of tea ceremony (Cha Dao). Utilizing the teachings of Daoism, I will lead you through a typical tea session from a Daoist perspective. In this way, we use the tea ceremony (pin ming lun dao) as a form of meditation and spiritual exploration.”
